Attention Cleveland Pops Patrons: Traffic Alert for East Boulevard in University Circle

Beginning Wednesday, September 26, East Boulevard will be narrowed to allow only southbound traffic between Bellflower Road and Euclid Avenue. Weather permitting, work is expected for up to four weeks.

Vehicles will have access to the Case Western Reserve Campus Center parking garage behind Severance Hall and the Cleveland Orchestra/Cleveland POPS Orchestra by heading southbound on East Boulevard. Vehicles exiting the garage will be able to travel northbound or southbound on East Boulevard.

Detours:

Driving East on Euclid Avenue

• Option 1
  • Turn left onto East 105th Street
  • Turn right at the traffic signal on Mt. Sinai Drive and veer right onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
  • Turn left onto Jeptha Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto Wade Oval Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto East Boulevard
• Option 2
  • Turn left onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
  • Turn right onto Jeptha Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto Wade Oval Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto East Boulevard
• Option 3
  • At the traffic sign, turn left onto Ford Drive
  • At the traffic sign, turn left onto Bellflower Rod
  • At the stop sign, turn left onto East Boulevard

Driving West on Euclid Avenue

• Option 1
  • Turn right onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
  • Turn right unto Jeptha Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto Wade Oval Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto East Boulevard
• Option 2
  • Turn right onto East 105th Street
  • Turn right at the traffic signal at Mt. Sinai Drive and veer right onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
  • Turn left onto Jeptha Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto Wade Oval Drive
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto East Boulevard
