The Cleveland Pops Orchestra concert to be held Sunday (Aug. 15) at the Mandel Jewish Community Center, 26001 S. Woodland Road in Beachwood, had originally been scheduled as an event only for Beachwood residents and Mandel JCC members. It has been announced that the concert has been opened to residents of all communities.
