Dancing following the concert completes the best New Year's Eve party in Cleveland. The balloons drop at midnight but the fun continues 'til 1 AM.

Broadway stars Joan Hess and Kirby Ward have got Astaire and Rogers down to a science. They'll take you back to the era when Fred and Ginger ruled the Hollywood musicals. Watch them dancing and romancing to the tunes of Berlin, Porter, Kern and Gershwin. Heaven? Yes, you'll definitely be in heaven.
