General Job Description: Hands-on learning about the running of an orchestra. Interns should be willing to attend concerts. (6) Concerts and Events.

Skills: General Office, Data Management, Marketing Material Creation, Non-Profit Development, Car Required.

DUTIES: Marketing Director: 
o Assisting in creating Marketing materials (Adobe Suite) 
o Assisting at concerts with setting up displays and posters 
o Delivering and picking up marketing materials 
o Assisting with creation of Social Media content

Development Manager: 
o Researching & drafting grants o Data entry into Salesforce based database 
o “Thank you “calls & letters to patrons o Host duties at concerts and events nurturing donors

Other Activities Include
o Assisting with the Pops annual gala, silent auction fundraising, and cultivation events

There will also be a variety of experiences assisting the Personnel Manager, Librarian, and in production at rehearsals and concerts.

Free Attendance to behind the scenes and concerts included
Hours: 15-20 hours per week, as scheduled. Length determined by school requirements and the desires of the Intern and the Pops.
